Opportunities include but are not limited to:

  • Crafts & Collections Superintendent 
  • Oxen & Horse assistants
  • Advertising Superintendent
  • Crafts Tent assistants
  • Fair Book Coordinator
  • Ticket boot at the entrance gates
  • Bouncers
  • Surveying guests about their experience
  • Security and traffic control
  • Providing guests assistance
  • Free Admission to the Fair
  • Free Lunch – Provide 4+ hours of time during the Fair to receive entry into our volunteer tent. Our volunteer tent has burgers and hotdogs grilled to order, a variety of salads, chips and soda plus homemade specials of the day.
  • Free Parking – Advanced sign-up required
  • ​Community Service Requirements – Students, the Fair qualifies!​

Prior to the Fair

  • Wednesday anytime between 10am – 8pm set up
  • Thursday anytime between 10am – 8pm set up
  • Thursday @ 3:30pm – 7:30pm – help sign in entries into the Crafts tent
  • ​Friday @ 10am – 3pm – set up ​

​During the Fair:

  • Friday anytime between 3pm – 11pm
  • ​Saturday anytime between 10am – 10pm
  • ​Sunday anytime 10am – 6pm

​After the Fair:

  • Monday anytime between 9am – 6pm
  • Tuesday anytime between 9am – 6pm
