9.15.2025 – We are no longer accepting Food Vendors, we are at capacity.

Come grow with us! Our new location has allowed us to add over 150 ft. of vendor space. We don’t duplicate food items. Ice will be available for purchase.

STEP 1
Review Rules & Regulations. Read Letter and Apply.

STEP 2
Superintendent will respond via email w/questions & contract.

STEP 3
Review Contract, Sign and submit w/payment. Include either proof of insurance or payment for insurance.

  1. All space is outside
  2. Two feet of frontage added on each side of the concession
  3. ​All Non-Food spaces are sold in 10′ increments only
  4. Include hitch space/feet in calculations
  5. Include awning space,feet in calculations
  6. Measurements will be verified Friday AM, if space is greater than contracted for, vendor must pay accordingly.

Food Permits will be issued by the Chatham Health District after completion of paperwork and inspection of food containment apparatus. The following form can be filled out electronically and must be printed and sent to:
