1. Garment(s) must be made primarily from items that would otherwise be discarded. Any items that began as clothing must be significantly altered to be considered for prizes.
2. Garments must be clean and safe to wear on a moving human body.

4. Designer(s) responsible for providing live model for runway. It can be, but does not have to be, the designer(s) themselves.

The committee will accept exhibits on Thursday, the day before the fair between 5 – 7 pm.  No unregistered entries will be accepted.​
