Rules & Guidelines

Vehicle Rules
1. Only stock Power Wheels or similar ride-on toys are allowed.
2. No gas-powered or remote-control cars
3. Battery-powered only, battery can not be placed on the passenger seat.
4. Cosmetic decorations (stickers, paint, flags, ect.) are encouraged.
5. Safety modifications (seat belts, padding) are allowed.
6. No speed modification or aftermarket motors or batteries.
7. Vehicle must be designed for the child to ride inside, not on top.
8. All doors and tailgates must be strapped shut using flexible products like zip ties or duct tape & no sharp edges

Safety Rules
1. Helmets are REQUIRED (bike helmet is fine).
2. Closed-toe shoes must be worn.
3. One rider per car – no passengers.
4. Parents must remain off the track during the race, unless there is a safety issue.

Race Rules
1. All racers must start with both hands on the wheel and feet inside the car.
2. No pushing, pulling, bumping, or getting out of the car during the race.
3. If a car stop, kids may try to restart it – but no parental interference until after the race is over.
4. First car to fully cross the finish line wins.
5. Judges’ decisions are final.

Event Integrity
– This event is for kids. Ensure your vehicle modifications do now disqualify your child from participating.
– Officials will inspect all vehicles for safety prior to the race and have the right to refuse any vehicle deemed unsafe.
