Great Sadness
The Portland Fair extends our heartfelt condolences to our treasurer, Kim Hanna and her family on the tragic loss of her brother, Shaun Manning. Shaun was a remarkable presence in our community. He was a passionate supporter of the fair, championing our initiatives and cheering us on every step of the way. Shaun's absence will be felt. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Manning family, Portland Fire Department, members of the Portland      Board of Selectman and all that knew and loved him
